Refine and Invest in Skill Enhancement

RISE (Refine and Invest in Skill Enhancement Programme) is a three year programme that aims to provide education, training, and guaranteed hospitality careers to young individuals.

Eligibility

Candidates should be between the age of 18-22 years.
Candidate should have completed a Certificate/Diploma course in the relevant department in which she/he seeks employment after class 12.
Minimum duration of the programme should be 3 months then.
For Kitchen department the certificate course should be of a minimum one-year duration.
Apprentices on completion of their program are eligible to apply for the programme.

Enrolment Process

Programme accepts new batches of trainees on 1st of every month.
Candidates enrolled in skill certificate programmes like Job Plus, Aviation and hospitality institutes short courses, may apply for the programme directly to the hotel of their choice.
The skilling programme should be relevant to the department that the trainee wishes to apply for.

Rise trainees will be supported for formal education.

Learning and Development opportunities will be available to the trainees during the course of the programme.

Successful graduates on completion of the programme will be offered employment within The Oberoi Group.

Further growth and development opportunities will be available on completion of the programme.
