ELIGIBILITY
Applicant should be above 21 years of age.
Applicants should have completed their graduation, post-graduation or technical degree from a recognized College or University.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We select Executives who have the potential to grow minimum two levels within the Company. We have diverse workforce and believe in creating a learning organization, thereby creating an environment of common values and have a passion to serve our guests.
The following process will be followed:
- Connect with Corporate Human Resources as a one point contact
- Initial Screening and interviews - meeting with reporting Manager
- Online Assessment - test that measures competency and skill through a combination of personality and behaviour assessment with logical adaptive reasoning assessment
- Final Interview - with Corporate Head
- Procedural formalities - completion of all documentations
